Day 19 & Feeling Ok

Well as ok as I can be. I feel real good\proud of 19 days. Then on the other hand depressed scared b\c of the things going on in my life right now. Not to mention my physical pain. But all in all feel ok I think.

Thanx; I fully plan too :-) & w\ this Android app it makes it easy to get support I need when I am in a pinch.
