100 days
I broke into the triple digits today. Feeling pretty good, learning what I am like sober. I'm getting to know myself like we've only just met. I have so much less anxiety now, so it is much easier for me to accept things I used to think were flaws as just part of my personality. I used to be haunted by this strange feeling that I wasn't a real or whole person, but that is gone now. Not feeling guilty and sneaky and desperate all the time really helps. I hope everyone is doing well and moving in a positive direction today!
