Hey peeps,
I just got off a few days whirlwind of Rides, work and school... The family and i went to Great America where we proceeded to go on every roller coaster in the park. It was my first time with these types of rides. Needless to say I was scared out of my mind 100% of the time, except for the kiddie log ride that I thoroughly enjoyed. The best part out of the whole experience was ordering a Virgin Pina Colada and thinking that it truly tasted better without alcohol. When we went to dinner the adults were getting fancy adult beverages, so I thought "Why not, a Virgin Coloda please!" I even shared it with my step-son. We were in heaven!

Nice post! I keep thinking about all the "kiddie" sort of things I feel like doing this summer...going to waterslides (hell ya)...and yup riding the old wooden rollercoaster at the PNE in Vancouver. Awesome.
We have a chain restaurant here in Canada called Earl's..and O-M-G..their virgin strawberry margaritas are like the tastiest sophisticated looking slurpee EVER. As a wino, I never would have ordered a boozy one..or discovered how delish they were. I will definitely have a try a virgin colada somewhere..yum yum
