I read my horoscope daily thinking it's going to give me some great advice on what to do with my life. Of course, it's like anything else, take what you can away from it and leave the rest. Here lately though it has been speaking to me. Today's especially:

Power doesn't come without a struggle -- even if it's all internal! Face your inner demons and see if you can get them to back down, because it's time for you to assert yourself forcefully.

I'm faced with the inner demons of guilt when I have to say NO. But if I don't say no, then I lose my power to keep the boundaries that I am setting in tact.

I remember feeling guilty when I would say no Ughhh - I spent my life like that - putting other people ahead of my own welfare, not wanting to put people out, scared that the phone would never ring again if I said no.

Taking back my power, and my integrity, not only changed my life - it led me to some really strong and enduring friendships
