hello i found my way back again
Hi all back again
No disasters or incidents have driven me here but the incideous nature of alcoholism is starting to take hold again
I was pretty much sober for a while and things were good. But recently some social drinking has started me back on a dangerous path.
So here again to try to stop. I found this forum helpful in my last attempt but realise i need more commitment and support and sometimes a chance to to vent. So day 1 again.
