Day 2 feeling different but good
Last night I walked the pup around 10 pm. My neighbor was out smoking. I was sober so I didn't have to try walk straight or not slur. That actually felt really good. I also went to bed (didn't pass out in the recliner then wake up for bed) and watched tv for a bit. Another milestone lol. I did sweat like crazy all night but I totally expected that.
So off to day 2. My plan today is work hard at work trying to begin digging myself out of the backlog I've created. Go to the gym after work. Go to the soon to be ex bf's house to cook dinner as I promised over the weekend, take the dog on a much needed walk, watch a little tv then go to bed at a decent time.

I've had 4 days of sober recently and know I'm going to have very emotional times. Guess I'm a little thankful to at least be able to know what's going on when I go from happy to wanting to cry within minutes. I'm feeling really good right but trying hard to keep it real.
