4 months and bit the dust

I was doing so well, I mean I was doing great. I am screwed. Think I'll have to go to detox at least. Looking into it now.

Hey, we all have messed up. The important thing is you still have your eyes looking up and on the prize, and that says a lot. Go to detox, learn as much as you can when there. Always try again and do not beat yourself up on past failures is the best advice I can give to you. You can do this, and one day, this will all be a memory.

You have done it before and can do it again. Relapsing is so disappointing but it's not uncommon. We all do it. Picking yourself up is what counts. Good luck, detox is a good idea, can you do rehab as well?

Hi JBird---four months is awesome and a hard won battle. You can absolutely get it back again, don't give up on yourself for a minute.

Just read a few of your other posts and saw that your bf slipped a bit ago after a year sober. Did that contribute to it? Maybe adding some extra support when you get through detox might help. For both of you.

Sending you warm thoughts and a big hug tonight. You will get it all back again and then some. Hang in there.

I relapsed more times than I'd like to remember but I never gave up. Now I'm happily sober and you can be too. Just don't give up on yourself.

You know, the important thing is that you are TRYING. And you are not saying eff it and just continuing to drink.

You can do it! We are here to cheer you on!
