So glad i didnt drink
I had stressful day yesterday and last night I considered buying a couple of bottles of wine and passing out on the sofa as I used to do frequently not so long ago.
Somehow, I didn't go ahead with this and I am oh so glad!! I'm so grateful I didn't drink, thank you God/Higher Power/ Whatever !!

Well done, I know that feeling oh so well. Waking up with such gratitude that I didn't go through with some hair brained scheme to drink the night before. There's nothing like a great nights sleep to put everything back into perspective. Very scary though isn't it?

Great job! We don't just beat out addictions once, we have to make the right choice over and over. It feels so good making the right choice and I believe we get stronger everytime we make it through a close call.
