Day 4 check in
Day 4 without smoking or drinking. Feeling dizzy, tired, and kind of sad. Going to the beach and back to the library book sale today. I hope everyone on SR is having a healthy, sober weekend.

Nice! Different time zone so I'm on night 4.. going to subtract cigarettes from the equation tomorrow. I'm a former smoker only going on 3 months though so expecting only a week of pain from that.
Hope the physical stuff is settling down a bit for you, I feel it starting to. Insomnia is still an issue but I'm not working at the moment so whatever.

Had a good day reading and walking on the beach. Grilling salmon and burgers tonight and drinking mello yello. I feel confident today and happy for a chance at a sober life. I am focusing on the present moment and not worrying about the past or the future. I'm glad sober recovery is here to help me in my sobriety. Have a great Sunday evening everyone.
