Hello everyone!

My name is Colin Thomas Nichols. I am an alcoholic and a drug addict.

My problems came from childhood trauma and personality disorders.

I became addicted to alcohol at age fifteen and became a drug addict at sixteen.

I attempted suicide at sixteen years old.

At seventeen years old, I vowed sobriety.

Since then, it's been a very rocky road. At one point, I had been sober for 682 twenty-four hours.

As of right now, I'm 102 days sober. I am immensely proud to say that, and I am very thankful of the people in my life that have contributed to that.

Brand new to this forum, but it seems like a great place to make friends and help each other stand.

Some other tidbits about me, I graduated Film School and in College I studied Philosophy and Psychology.

Glad to have you here- and grats on 102 days! That's awesome! And excellent that you were able to make it through college.
This place has been awesome for support, and as I've learned- you need all the tools you can get!
