Drinking won't make it better. Problem will still be there along with any new consequences u add on top. Think that drink all the way through to the morning with the guilt, remorse and shame.

You can power through. You know that drinking only will make whatever's f'd up even worse. When I first got sober I had times that I had to go minute by minute, you can do that. Stop and think. Good job on your 7
