make one of them same one weekly. It's no big deal. Just pick the meeting you like best. Then join. They may ask u to make coffee for a month. That would be really good 4 u triky. Keeps you accountable.

You will get comfortable if u just keep showing up.

Thinking of you all day today since I saw your earlier post, Riky...first chance I've had to write. So glad you went to that meeting. AA is helping me a lot more than I ever thought it would, particularly during tough times like holidays and times when I just want to isolate. It's like learning a whole new skill but it does make the day-to-day grind a little easier. Deeker described a home group perfectly and after a few times trying different ones you'll find one you like. It took me a few tries but I go to one faithfully every Monday night. I'm totally comfortable around them now. Same thing with my sponsor. I was completely ambivalent about that one too but I found someone who is a good match (i.e. she has no hesitancy in telling me when I am acting like an ass) and she is a no BS person which works well with me. Maybe you can find someone who works well with you too? No shame in getting help there either and one-on-one is often good. Helped me through yesterday and other trying times.

Big hug to you tonight and you CAN do this! Glad you got right back up again--because that's what you're about, not the drug.
