Hello all... yesterday marked six months sober for me. There are always plenty of people who are in the early steps of trying to beat this, and it can be scary and frustrating, but if you stick to it, things can and do pay off. Even though I've lived it, it is almost strange to think that I have not had a drop of alcohol in half of a year, alcohol having been such a massive part of my life for so long. There are still difficult times, but the continued success had made it easier and easier, and I am looking forward to the next six sober months and beyond!
