mood swings....help. I mean like HELP

are mood swings more common after the first few months? I get irritated,mad,flussterred, whatever at anyone,anything,and everything.

what changes have you made besides not drinking?

I had to make a few lifestyle changes - trying to live my old life made me angry because my old life was fundamentally geared to booze...and I couldn't do that anymore.

It was a constant irritant.
