Hi, my name is Michel and am alcoholic. I drank mostly beer, 6-8 pints/3-4 days a week. Now I am 140 days sober. Feeling much better although I Get ocasional headaches. Thank you

Thank you. Yes, I have seen a doctor. I have also ciclothymia, i.e. a mild bipolar disorder. Im taking meds (lithium) so perhaps that is the reason. Anyway Im Feeling much better. And i sleep much better also.
