Think it is day 12 :p Not sure anymore lol But I am sober and will remain that way; so that is all that matters. Not sure I will be awake to post later though after the pain meds kick in . So just in case wanted to say Thanx for those who have helped me me make it this far . Other then you guys; the only think I have had to help w\ my anxiety are the purrs of my cats .. Which actually have been so soothing at times I actually found some recordings so I can listen to them when I get anxious or a craving .. Seems to help some lol Mine wouldn't hold still long enough to record :| Bastards :p Thanx again .

Thanx .. Doc should be Ok; we are just tweaking prescriptions for my back .. Hopefully She gets it right this time :p Cause pain is my biggest trigger

As well as can be expected I guess .. We just tweaked my prescriptions and talked about counseling :p But at least she was nice enough to write me a "quick" fix for my back today seeing as my insurance won't let me fill my reg scripts till Sat. :| lol But all is well .. I have seen a pain specialist as well as back specialist and all so I know there isn't much they can do .. Short of surgery and that isn't 100% & I am not signing up for that .. Too many of them in my life already; I am done going under the knife unless it is life or death ..

Thanx MB; Yea they helped better then nothing; since my Back has been really bad the past two days with spasms and all she wrote a prescriptions for 2 pills lower dose so the insurance saw it as a New one instead of a refill :p Wacky state I live in I tell ya lol

My wife lives with chronic pain. I see what she goes through. It sounds like your doctor is working with you. Some doctors just ignore pain issues and don't really try to serve the patient. Hang in there and congratulations on ~ 12 days!

Thanx Guys .. Yea Bruce she has been trying to help .. But you know the deal up here w\ Pain Meds & All .. I been living here 5 years and we started on the lowest of low (ibrobefin) just to get a starting point .. I hate them; but I have to function & work so we finally found something that makes things bearable and now we are just getting it down to where I can function & not be a Zombie ..
