I feel absolutely AMAZING!!! I changed my diet a couple Weeks ago eating healthier, and exercising. I did the 7 day water detox which rids your body of all toxins from bad goods etc and that was SO HARD!! It felt like I was going through withdrawals all over again and I was sweating all day everyday for 5 days but it paid off!! I have my natural energy back, I went running this morning and felt AMAZING afterwards. Life is SO GOOD SOBER!!! The way I feel right now is better then any high I ever got from drugs. I don't have the depression, anxiety, guilt, any of that crap and best of all is I,am back to being the mommy my babies deserve!!! I met an AMAZING man who I've been with for two months. He doesn't drink do drugs, nothing and supports my sobriety!! He treats me like a queen and even goes to NA meetings with me <3 I will try to post a picture of us in this thread. I am just SO HAPPY!!!

This is wonderful news to hear...so happy for you!

I think at three months sober...in retrospect...was that the withdrawals physically and mentally were over....I was now dealing with emotional sobriety...I made a few sober friends...attended a lot of meetings and worked through a 4th and 5th step...I think I helped a lot of people too...I hope the same for you...ODAAT...best always..Wiscsober

My recovery has had some ugly moments, a lot of tears, pain and guilt but for the first time in my life I LOVE who I am today
