Day 3

Decided to start focussing on some positives. It's day 3 of me being clean. (Got out of detox on Tuesday) I am sure that number will have grown before I know it.

Cravings coming fast and strong and my body won't do what I want it to.

Need to keep pushing through.

My drug was alcohol but I can say that it does get easier over time. Thank goodness! You can actually get to a place where you don't have daily cravings - that's amazing!
