Day 6
If you feel really concerned I think it's best to see a Dr.
Otherwise...remember, if you're like me you drank for years - give it a couple of weeks at least Vasiliki...I'm sure you'll feel better then

When I decided to get sober I thought all my problems would go away. Then I realized that I was using drugs/alcohol to silence my problems and they were all still there staring me in the face. The difference is now that I'm sober I can start dealing with these unhappy feelings and emotions in a rational manner. My problems will never completely go away because problems are part of who I am. Being human I'm not designed to feel perfect 100% of the time. I'm learning to live with that. It's a slow process.
Hang in there. Don't give up!

Hi When I was where you are someone said "You never have to go through this again if you DON'T pick up that first drink" and I believe that today. Getting honest with myself was necessary along with a lot of work on myself and that takes time. It took a lot of time, in most cases for us to do something about our drinking and damage was done so it takes time to repair ourselves. BE WELL
