I dunno how old you are liss but us old fogeys can have fun and joyous lives too

I just read your other post in the Feb group.

If you spend a lot of time looking after other people, why not find some time for you?

Find some sober friends to go out with, ask for, look for more support - there's no extra medals for doing this on your own

try to think of ways to build stronger boundaries too -taking on others pain is not the best way to help them or you, y'know?
