Day 38 update

No more fuzzy head in the mornings.
No more alcohol breath.
No more shakes.
No more sweats.
No more headaches.
No more stomach aches.
No more hangovers.
No more excuses.
Less anxiety.
Less depression.
Less weight on my stomach. (Lost 6 kg)
Less cravings. (getting easier)
Less family arguments.
Less selfish attitude.
More time on my hands.
More productive at work.
More money in my pocket.
More self confidence.
More appreciation of life and others in my life.
More awareness of what is occurring around me.
More proud of myself.
More determined than ever

My fitness levels have increased and i am living a life. A true life. A life with meaning. I am actually doing this and i can feel real benefits

I hope this encourages others out there to keep going as the rewards by far out-way the efforts required.

Have a fantastic day everyone

That's so good to hear. Especially for me with only three days because that's exactly how I want to feel. Good luck and congrats. I will be SO proud of myself if I make it to day 38

Just keep going at it one day at a time Doogie. As i said "the rewards far out-way the effort."

Great post Pedro. I am on day 14 and can relate to most of the things on the list apart from less weight on my stomach, I am eating far too many cookies and sweets! Better than wine though.
