Newbie

Hi everyone! I just joined and I don't really know what to expect, but I'm trying to quit drinking and I find I need help.
Hopefully reading what you guys have to say will help me stay on the right road to sobriety.

I rejoined today and I plan on making great use of this site.

I almost took a drink yesterday but I went for a walk instead.
If this keeps up I'll be fitter than I have been in years.

It's great to talk to people who are going through the same thing I am.
Like i said I joined in 2011 and the reason I didn't use the site after that was because i went back to drinking.....but I'm back now and I've been sober for a month and this time I intend to stick to it. It really helps to talk to people who have the same problems as you do.
