Detox at home and Die?
This has been said on here many times, but bears repeating - do not detox on your own. You could die. Here is a great video from youtube:

Even in the USA where our medical system sucks, you can detox at nearly any ER, even if you have no money. (I know I did it once). Seriously there is no valid reason to detox on your own, especially from alcohol or benzos.
