Much better today
Mecanix was right yesterday. The past is the past. But there are days when sadness is ever present and yesterday was one for me.
With your encouraging words and support it buffered that a bit.
Today I am up with vigor. My project at work gets the brunt of my energy and it shows in its quality. Yeah!
Great weather expected for this weekend so I have a lot to do.
Even with not drinking emotions can wash over you. Yesterday I posted... Let them be what they were. And repeated many times that let's see how I feel this morning. Thank goodness I did. I feel better.
Off to start the day. Now lets see if I can stick to my diet and not get a really cheesy super tasty one of a kind sausage egg on a roll sandwich that I love so much.... What do you think? Will he make it?

Ya know... There are days I wish someone would come along and save me. Make everything better.

I keep trying everyday. Hopeful.
