3 weeks today
Today is my 3 week milestone. I have risen early on this beautiful Sunday morning with a head clearer than it has been in 20 years. No more shakes, sweats or headaches. I have lost about 5 kg of weight and i feel much fitter than i have for ages.
My day is planned with lots of productive activities and i find i am getting so much more satisfaction out of my days. I am actually living a life. A worthwhile life with meaning
I log on to SR everyday and i take great encouragement from the posts and particularly from my friends that are following and helping on my path to recovery. Thankyou to you all Have a fantastic Sober day everyone

congrats!!! its crazy some people would say only three weeks..thats year in our time..thats awesome. im today working on day one..its a struggle. its people like you that give me hope
