Hi micn89

Do you need to see a doctor to help you stop drinking? Withdrawal from alcochol without medical supervision can be dangerous depending on how much you have been drinking and for how long.

Welcome to SR, micn89, it's a great place to get support for stopping.

Have you tried stopping before?

I'd recommend seeing your doctor for help in getting safely thru the withdrawals. Alcohol withdrawal can be dangerous.
