Day 5
It's day 5! I can't believe it. It went by really fast. Just woke up a few minuets ago. Slept well for the most part, although I had some really weird ass dreams last night. I feel good so far. I'm heading to my uncles today to help him with some stuff at his house to get it ready to list. It's always a long day when I'm there, but I always feel good when I'm done. So it's time to get in the shower and eat some can head out. Ill check in later.

Good job, Top! Keep up the good work. I like how you are keeping it basic....sleep, shower, eat, helping someone else, checking in with your support network....all very important things to do in early recovery.

Well, it's the end of day 5. I'm feeling good. I had a long day of cleaning and yard work at my uncles. It was really nice out today and it was great to be out in the warm sun. But I really wanted to have a few beers after such a nice day in the sun and the hard work, but I didn't. I resisted. So I feel really good about that. I work tomorrow night. Not sure what ill be up to before that, may mbe going running if its not raining. Well, time to chill and play blockheads and watch Star Trek the next gen. Talk to you all tomorrow.
