One week and One Day
Well the weekend is over and I successfully managed to stay away from any alcohol. I will admit that there wasn't many times during my waking hours when i wasn't thinking about it in some form but my mental state and willpower have so far been well up to the challenge. My sweats and itches have passed and i slept better last night than i can ever remember. I am going to beat this addiction and take back control of my life! Have a great day everyone
