Today I can actually enjoy the morning. Listening to the birds chirp the brisk air hitting my face and a clear blue sky enjoying a cup of coffee and being so so ever thankful today had come. Off for a morning jog soon even though I don't want to lol. Have to force myself. Much love and peace to all.

Still have bad cravings but at least now they are manageable.

Maybe one day the incontinence of the bowels will subside. I know, tmi, but is just what I am thinking right now lol. Today is a bit more difficult than yesterday as my wife who is also an addict and still using is home from work today. Seems being around her brings on severe bouts of anxiety.

Had a severe anxiety attack. It's hard to be around people right now. Especially large groups. Finding this out the hard way. Still ok though. Been a rough day so far.
