18 and counting

So 18 days so far and I have to say Im feeling allot better physicly than I was a week or so ago. Just a few shakes here and there mostly when I get frustrated or stressed out. That being said I think I had the worst cravings Ive had for the whole past few weeks. I had A really bad day at work (one of those where you just cant seem to do anything right). Bad traffic cranky hyper kids the whole nine yards. it was the kind of day that always ends up with me fallen down drunk Ive been pullin my hair out all evening. Im not sure exactly how to handle the stress but I havent gone for the booze.

Congrats on 18 days! I had a day like that yesterday then something else happened and I just started laughing, made the craving go away and I felt much better for the rest of the night. Try looking for something to take your mind off the craving!!!

Sometimes all my usual things - exercise, funny movies, keeping busy and productive, small treat to eat, or a small gift to myself don't work - but I rarely feel the same when I wake up the next day...so I tell myself 'just get through it...'

it did get much better dee once everything calmed down and I got to relax. I just need to find a new way to deal with my stress.
