Hi am worthless
i have a few problems with drinking and drugs
Am a year and 14 weeks free of drinking but am finding things hard at the moment
Tv ads for drinks and people on other forums talking about drinking
makes me feel like i want some
i miss it but i dont miss the hangovers or my mental health being affected by drink and drugs

Am just need to know am doing the right thing by not drinking and taking drugs

yes u are and u need to change ur name. it is to negative and u r not worthless at all. R u going to meetings. R u using tools to stay sober ? I am glad u r here!
You mean something and We care and we want to help and you help us too. You know how to stay sober and clean. Share with us how you did it ok? You have something we all want!

Stay away from other forums that are talking about drinking and drugging. If it is stealing your peace avoid it at all costs. You just found a new forum. We talk about recovery.

I think having a problem and dealing with it for over a year is an amazing thing to do - certainly not worthless

What other changes have you made you in your life besides not drinking tho?

when my life stayed the same as it did when I was drinking, I had a huge drinking shaped hole in it, and I missed drinking

When I changed my life (and myself) the drinking hole was no longer there
