XAH diagnosed with cancer

My XAH, Joe, lasted a few days in the shelter until he went on another bender and then checked himself into the psych ward at a major hospital in our city. While there they also operated on this growth on his leg he had for a while. Today he got the news that he has metastatic melanoma and it has spread to his lungs and lymph nodes. The typical life expectancy for this type of cancer is 7 months. Please keep him in your prayers.
