Trying a SMART meeting today
Since I have been struggling I am trying out something new today. Work has been hectic and will be so through testing season, so I am taking steps to work on me.
I read about an addiction recovery trial in the newspaper and the lady was very nice, but because I deal with anxiety I was not a candidate. We talked for a little while and it turns out there are several SMART meetings right by my house. So today I am going to sneak out a little early and go to a meeting and then squeeze in Pilates before being back at work for a PTA meeting at 7:00. The website looks good, I will check back in later and let you know how it goes.

It was a good meeting. I liked the idea of self-management and also working toward finding balance in my life. We talked about ABCDE
