Go ahead and slap yourself in the face a couple times.
Remember that YOU are the one in control, and your craving will pass. Hang out with us until it does -- maybe visit the chat room?
And breathe. Repeat a mantra to yourself. Whatever. Just don't drink!

You said "again" so you've done this before, right? What worked for you before?
Congrats on Day 6. It does indeed get easier with each day that you don't drink. You're getting through the worst of it now---so don't go backwards! Stay here and talk to us. We're all ears and here to support and help!

If we are planning to stop drinking, there must be no reservation of any kind, nor any lurking notion that someday we will be immune to alcohol.
Welcome back! A wk of sobriety is good beginning. My suggestion is do 90 in 90 asap! Work step 1 to the best of you're ability. Stick to sponsor & network as glue
It does get easier but you will have to do a lot of grunt work in your first 6 mths @ least
