I've been building an arsenal and reflecting during these first seven days.

Thanks for all who've put up with me posting the ups and down since December. The "I feel greats" followed by the "I can't believe I slipped again's..."

I trust I'm heading in the right direction and continue to look to you all (from new posters to those who's names appear in green) for support and am grateful for all I've discovered on this site and all the wisdom of those who've come before me.

It always blows my mind how awful the first 5 days of withdrawal are... and what an amazing feeling day 7 brings, for me. I have reminders on my bathroom mirror of the ups and downs... and journal daily.

I'll keep truckin'... =)
