Hello everyone
Just looking for the start of the new me, after years of alcohol abuse and using drinking as a crutch. I know that I can not moderate my drinking so have to stop. It has called untold problems in my life, made me lose boyfriends, friends and face and what I have known for a long time is that it needs to go from my life. Whatever the reasons for over drinking I need to find out what my reasons are and how I can face them without drinking, any help would be appreciated :-)

I had a few reasons I could think of for my drinking and for years I always thought if I could solve them then I would be able to drink normally. Now I think maybe I am just an alcoholic and I would have drank like that no matter what problems I had before that.
