Off methadone 4 days need advoce 
Been a hard road for me for the past few years i have been a addict for about 8 years off and on 4 years clean which i screwed up last january became addicted to pills thought methadone was my best option....i was on 30 mg and wened down to 8mg...i have cut myself off cold turkey for 4 days now and am looking for support or any adive from anyone who has ever came off methadone cold turkey....how do you sleep? how do u function? who do you turn to help ?
