Going to sunrise service on the beach in the morning. It's one of my favorite services of the year. Watching the sun come up over the ocean, listening to our worship band and most importantly thanking God for all his grace....is such a wonderful way to start the day. All of and your loved ones will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Most loving God,
we ask your blessing upon all
who suffer from addiction.
Strengthen them to reach out for help.
Enable them to take the first step to recovery.
Bless them with the persistence to persevere
in the fight to be free.
Give courage and hope to their families,
drawing them close together
in the power of your love,
which alone can transform our living.
Amen.

For my doubters, please note the time of this post. Yep, I am awake and on my way. 
P.S. I forgot to mention the air force planes that fly over with banners saying "He has risen" it's very cool!

It was a gorgeous sunrise, a little cold but absolutely beautiful none the less. There were no Air Force jets this year (not sure why yet), but there were many small planes. One with the words Jesus Saves in big black letters under the wings for all to see. That one flies every year. No banners either this year flying " He is risen" 
but there was a huge turn out and it was a wonderful blessing to be there and receive the message. i am also so grateful my husband was there this year, as last year we were separated, he was really spiraling down and lost in his addiction.
God is good! Just for today, I will embrace all my gratitude and not worry about tomorrow.

Happy Easter everyone! We are up and getting ready for church. LMN I commend you for making it to the sunrise service, I need some coffee!
