Balling my eyes out!
I just had a good grateful to God cry. I listened to this song by Casting Crowns and I remembered a time when I left my husband and son for another man for awhile and it was the sickest relationship.
All we did was drink and drug and fight. I remember feeling so trapped and felt I had no choices. This man forced me into sex. He was a control freak and held me prisoner.I never thought I would be free. When I was with this man I went to jail 7 times in just over about a 2 yr span.
I deeply hurt my son and basically abandoned him. I remember every night just crying myself to sleep at this man's house over the pain I caused my hubby and son. I remember the night I grabbed his gun and held it to my head and wanted to end it all and he wrestled it from me.
God set me free. My hubby and son took me back. My hubby became an addict and now we are both in recovery.
My son tells me today "Mom I don't know what you are doing but keep doing it , I love being a witness to it." I got my drivers license back after 7 years.. I just recently got a full time job. I was healed from being paralyzed in a nursing home over about 1 yr 7 mo ago. I am balling my eyes out again.
I am so grateful, I have been freed from the obsession to drink and use.
This is going to be a very special Easter weekend. God reeled me in. I found out the true meaning Of Easter. I am loved and forgiven. Amen

Happy Easter. I will be playing music during a service in the morning. Easter is special to me, as a practicing Christian.
