Easter weekend, 2013.

Have you got what it takes to stay sober?

Going to my parents house for the weekend. Sure to be sober there. Next week I've got to get serious about a new job. Need income. Anyone got any extra money? LOL

I'm ready, lots of family time lined up and some volunteering thrown in on Saturday... No slipping.

I am lined up at the starting blocks as I am lazy i will just copy what I said on the other thread:

This weekend I will be mostly playing my guitar, writing and going for walks, also I have (not sure WANT applies, but willing) to go to my partners mums for lunch on Sunday (religious and make a big deal of Easter)

And AND when it's all over with I will be 22 days sober which I work out at around £170 saved (all gone on bills) so yaaa Easter

I've missed a few days of work due to my latest binge, I'm 9 days sober now and I start work again on Friday. I'll be occupied all weekend! Also, I was about halfway through the game Devil May Cry when I started drinking myself into a vicious stupor, so I will dust that off and continue the carnage!

Stay sober everyone!

Treated myself to some dvds so they will help. Also might toss in some reading and some gaming.

I'm with you there pal. Been too busy to indulge my inner geek this week so the weekend brings plenty of time for some gaming. Picked up the Jurassic Park box set on the way home today to, so long since i've watched em!

I finished work at midday today and it's day 2 for me.

I'm cycling 10 miles to a meeting this evening and hope someone with a pick-up will be there and offer me a lift home or else I'm cycling 10 miles back.

Friday and Sat cleaning

Sun another meeting but my normal lift should be back

Mon, relax and pray that weather picks up

We can do this folks ODAAT

Luckily I'm Jewish so I'm not anxious about it. I got through Passover just fine also.

I've been staying at my parents house for a few months before I embark on a long road trip and they'll be out of town starting tomorrow until next wednesday, so my plan is basically a nice 6 days of recording music. I plan to record a full ten song album I've written and various other things. I'm looking forward to it.

Oh, the Horrors! I have to work both Friday and Monday. Just a normal weekend for me. And SOBER - that's the new normal.

I also have to take a 3-hour exam for my class on Saturday morning. This weekend is going to seem even shorter than a normal weekend. D'Oh!

You'll be seeing me (and my bacon) here, though!

I'm hoping really bad that my husband has to work! Our son has a planned boyscout camp out this weekend and they are in need of one more registered adult (my husband) to go or they have to cancel the trip. I'd hate the boys to miss out on a camping trip, but it'd be too much temptation for me to be here without him this soon. I still need a baby sitter.
