I sat down this morning to write. When i looked at the time, i noticed that i had spent the whole day involved in a cathartic process. There was a energy to it that I remember feeling years ago when I was more creative and inspired. I am happy with the results of today. I did not get much done around the house, but i took care of myself in a healthy way that is necessary for my sobriety. This is what it is all about people. Rediscover and reinvent that which was lost along the way.

I always feel more creative when I am sober. I had no motivation to write or paint or play guitar when depressed and hungover. Keep the creative juices fliwing! I suggest a good play/movie to watch is The Iceman Cometh by Eugene Oneill
