Thanks . . . Today is Day 128, but feels like Day 1! Trying to put thoughts of using out of my head. Staying occupied until the feeling passes.

Besides not drinking, I suggest staying busy with something. I used to walk my dogs every time I got the urge to drink. (they got a lot of walks for a while)

Here's my simple advice, If you are sober today, then do what you did today and it will probably work tomorrow. That's what I do.
