Found a lump this AM under my arm..not so long ago I would have been drinking in the morning to numb out and not deal with it. But my sober mind got me on the phone making a mammogram appointment . Have to just deal with it.

Tis scary though. Just wanted to share with my pals on SR.

Good for you! Now just make sure you go to the appointment! Better safe than sorry. I too neglected my health in the past...but once I got sober...I took care of a lot of things that should have been taken care of years earlier. Healthy body, healthy mind.

Doesn't it feel good to take care of yourself? Good stuff! Hopefully it's nothing but def worth getting checked out.

Yes taking care of business is a good thing. I used to avoid /ignore everything. Paying bills, cleaning , my clothes were just piled in my closet..like the Johnny Cash song I would just put on my cleanest dirty shirt. Ha

So sad . Glad I can laugh about it now.

I'm hoping for good a result. Just praying and going to stay positive. No booze in the mix will help
