Hello Folks,
Very happy to join you guys
Drinking since couple of years now almost 30 years. Initially started when I was 15 years old, it was only once a week a beer or so with parents, after marriage started drinking at home again that was weekly and in parties, nowadays I am drinking daily 2 glass of wines or 2 beers sometimes, Getting sweats in the night and I wake up often or say exactly at 2 or 3 am, I can sleep as soon as I am in bed but then wake up often ...
I tried to quit several times, hope this time it works ....

Welcome to SR Kink, glad you finally made the decision to quit for good this time. SR is a great place for support and also to find out about other support groups you might want to join ( AA, AVRT, SMART, etc ) - you can check out those forums too.
You should also consider visiting your doctor to make sure everything is medically OK and to ward off any potential withdrawal issues, always better to be safe than sorry.

Pleased to meet you, kink! It's so good you're tackling this now, not waiting for your life to become unmanageable (like me). I think you'll find SR very helpful and encouraging.
