3 days and feeling good

It has been since Wednesday night that there has been no contact. It is the best feeling. I went thru a few moments of feeling sorry for myself, but they quickly passed.

I am happy. Kids are calm. House is peaceful.

Doesn't that feel good? When that feeling becomes the norm, you'll be less inclined to allow others to disrupt it.
