Not good
Stay strong!
Hmm I would imagine the unpleasant things that occured in your life because of alcohol (your worst hangover, broken appointments etc.), at times like these.
What helps me is, every night I read personal accounts from books about codependency and alcoholism so that each day, it's fresh on my mind that from me adult beverages = hard lessons, shame and burdensome secrets.
Don't listen to that serpent, your alcoholic voice! It does not care about you. It's just using you for your body!!!

I pray that you are strong Liss. Since I just passed day3, I can relate to what you are experiencing. I wish I was day 22 like you. Stay strong! And go on an outing.
Crossfox,
That is a great visualization of the AV.

Liss, work stuff is going to happen again and again. Drinking will not change that. Try to go to bed and imagine how good you will feel in the morning waking up without a hangover and knowing that you were able to meet the challenge!
