They're just hours. The earth just spun around a bit, that's all. The rest is just an urge, a feeling, something that exists only in our minds and passes fairly quickly. It can't hurt you. Feel yourself breathing. Notice that you're not in any actual pain. It's OK... you can get through this, really.

tea is nice. takes time to brew so you build up a little anticipation. then you have to take your time to drink it. you smell the aroma of it first and that engages your sense of smell. the warm cup engages your sense of touch. so many nice things about tea. you can dress it up with honey or milk or just drink it straight. tea is nice.

The darkest of the night has always brought out the worst in my thoughts and fears. To sit alone in my corner of the universe and worry worry worry. I find new meaning in always darkest before the dawn. Learning to be alone with my thoughts is nice, I am learning to love me, and it's a great feeling.
