My nose
Hi, I've been taking cocaine for nearly 20 years, only recently my nose has started to feel different. The wall between the nostals are fine, however the bottom part is starting to feel soft. A small lump has formed at the bottom of my nostals by the bridge. I know snorting coke can cause damage to the nose. I feel it's time to stop now before my nose caves in. If I stop will my nose heel it's self?

Sounds like you're concerned, so stopping sounds like a good idea. I've not done cocaine, but I'm sure your doctor can talk with you about your nose. I know it's kind of scary to come clean with our doctors, but they can't help us if we don't. I felt shocked when I saw "alcohol dependance" in my medical record the first time.....but felt good recently at the doctors and we discussed that I no longer drink
