Pppppplease someone help me get through this
I lied said feeling better, now I hurt so bad. Back spasms, so tried, even if I had sleep some today. 
how can it hurt so bad still the stuff had to be out of my body. All I an do is cry.

I will pray for you, Oz. I don't know if you're spiritual or not, but maybe this will offer some comfort: Christ suffered, too, and right now you are participating in his sufferings. Catholics find it helpful to "offer up" their sufferings in prayer.

Coming off habit of 15 yrs plus tramadol and Vicodin . Had script but I realize now that have been having withdraws from using these meds for some time.increased tramadol to max, Vicodin up to 4 a day, then would wean back down, it was up and down with these for years. Had Hugh problem with restless leg for past 2 years. I have a degenitve back arthritis. Have some requip dr. Gave me for restless legs. Spouse had ca and have some Ativan,so these had been working to get me toooo today. Today is day 7 I am a nurse, and have been reading everything and think I have had trouble with serotonin syndrome. But so far it been hard but working. Sleep deprive . But I have no kids at home, work sleep in when it comes. Work at night and on call. last night Up all night was able to get some sleep and woke up with killer back pain, spasms from hell. Was so happy his am felt so good.
