I'm ok then really not I feel so sad out of no where usually would grab a bottle but had to check H A L T ! Still upset dealing with this sober is really hard emotions all over hate iiiiit

Yeah got through it just get angry sometimes learning to understand why I feel this way at that time of day everyday always feel yuck I thought I would b feeling better instead sick tummy dizzy no energy and its day 9 is this normal

Sounds like I felt last year, after an initial difficult few days , my emotions flew everywhere , I couldn't eat and very tearful often frightened ,with a feeling of being wrapped in cotton wool, very detached. It went away!!
Keep on its worth it.

Hey liss, I am sorry to hear you're having such a rough time, but it's pretty normal.
I gave up alcohol 7 years ago and the first few weeks were a roller coaster. Hang in there and remember you are NOT ALONE. Many have walked this path and come out the other side to find a much more fullfilling and happy life.
You can make it.
